Paul d'Oliveira

Attorney Paul d’Oliveira started his personal injury law practice in 1989 with two offices in Fall River, MA and East Providence, RI. Today his firm has 15 offices in RI and Southeastern, MA.
Attorney d’Oliveira graduated from LaSalle Academy in Providence, RI in 1975 with honors. He graduated from Creighton University Law School cum laude with a bachelors degree in psychology from Creighton University in 1979. He got his J.D. or law degree from Creighton University in 1984.

Attorney d’Oliveira is admitted to practice law in both RI and MA. He attends several legal seminars every year to learn and apply new innovative ways to practice personal injury and social security disability law as well as learning about dangerous drugs and defective products. He is always looking for new ways to better service the clients in his firm as getting clients a fair settlement of their loss quickly so they can move on with their lives is important as is ongoing quality client service.

His professional associations include the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Association of Justice, and the Rhode Island Association of Justice. He is the President of the Trial Lawyers Marketing Roundtable and is an active member of the Masters Marketing Group.

Cara Gallucci

Attorney Cara Gallucci has been with d’Oliveira & Associates for over 14 years, i.e. since December of 1995. Since that time, she has been exclusively practicing personal injury and disability law. Attorney Gallucci currently works with clients within the Woonsocket, North Smithfield, Attleboro, Brockton and Taunton areas.

Attorney Gallucci graduated from Tollgate High School in Warwick, RI in 1984. She graduated from Boston College with a bachelors degree in 1988 and graduated in 1991 from Suffolk University Law School.

Attorney Gallucci is currently admitted to practice in RI and MA. She is admitted to practice before both state courts and United States District Courts of RI and MA. Attorney Gallucci’s professional associations and memberships include the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Rhode Island Association of Justice (RIAJ).

Laura Cameron

Attorney Laura Cameron has been with d’Oliveira & Associates for over 14 years, since November of 1997. Since that time, she has been practicing personal injury and disability law exclusively. Attorney Cameron works with clients from the Warwick, Coventry, Cranston, Johnston, North Kingstown, and Providence areas.

In 1993 Attorney Cameron graduated from the University of Connecticut with a bachelors degree. In 1996 she graduated from Western New England School of Law.

Attorney Cameron is admitted to practice law in RI, MA and CT, and also in the United States District Court in MA. Attorney Cameron’s professional associations and memberships include the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Rhode Island Association for Justice (RIAJ).

D. Robin Gouveia

Attorney D. Robin Gouveia has been with d’Oliveira & Associates since June of 2011, however, she has been practicing personal injury law for 14 years beginning in December of 1998. Since joining the firm, Attorney Gouveia has been exclusively practicing personal injury and disability law. Attorney Gouveia works with clients from the East Providence, Middletown, Pawtucket, Fall River and New Bedford areas.

Attorney Gouveia graduated from Bishop Stang High School in Smith Mills, MA in 1985. She graduated with a bachelors degree in 1989 from UMASS Dartmouth. She received her law degree from Southern New England Law School in 1998.

Attorney Gouveia is admitted to practice law in MA state court and MA United States District Court. Attorney Gouveia’s professional association admissions include the Massachusetts Bar Association, the New Bedford Bar Association, the Bristol County Bar Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.

Tom d'Oliveira

Tom has been with the law firm of d'Oliveira & Associates, P.C. since February 2005. Tom is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the Law Firm’s Administrative office located in East Providence.

The Administrative office handles Human Resources, Employee Benefits, Firm Finances, Referrals, Web Site design and optimization, IT support, Facilities Management, and Firm Marketing.

Kristen DiChiaro

Kristen started at d'Oliveira & Associates, P.C. as a Legal Assistant in August 1994. Kristen was promoted to Paralegal and Office Manager, and she continues to provide exceptional customer service to clients, helping them with their Rhode Island and Massachusetts personal injury claims.
Kristen's overall attention to detail and warm personality has shown throughout the 17 years she has been employed with our firm. She takes great pride in managing the North Smithfield Office and her staff. She graduated with an Associates Degree from CCRI in 1994.

Lisa Rose

Office Manager / Paralegal

Lisa Rose has been an Office Manager/Paralegal with our firm for nearly 15 years. She is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and assisting clients with all aspects of their claims. She has extensive experience handling Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents and dog bite claims, as well as social security disability.
She attended Providence College where she studied paralegal courses.

Lisa Ferreira

Office Manager / Paralegal

Lisa Ferreira has been an Office Manager / Paralegal with d'Oliveira & Associates, P.C. for 12 years. She has extensive experience handling Rhode Island and Massachusetts personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, and social security. Lisa is also responsible for the training and development of newly hired staff members.
Lisa attended the Nasson Business School in Pawtucket, RI, where she earned a Certificate in Business Accounting. She also attended Johnson & Wales where she studied paralegal courses.
She has a tremendous gift for helping clients with all aspects of their claim and is able to provide exceptional service to every client.

John Rochefort

Intake Specialist / Investigator

John has been with the law firm of d'Oliveira & Associates, P.C. since November 2010. John meets with clients in their home, work, hospital or one of our 15 offices in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. His job includes gathering all necessary facts and initial documents involving client claims. John also investigates crash scenes and records accident data. John's care and concern for our client's well being has proven to be a tremendous asset to our firm.

Jill Johnson

Jill has been with the law firm of d'Oliveira and Associates, P.C. since July 2001. She graduated from the Paralegal Program at Gibbs College in 2001. Shortly thereafter she was hired as a receptionist and has since earned her position as Paralegal with this law firm.
Jill handles auto accident, slip and falls, dog bites, and social security disability cases. Her attention to detail and organizational skills have led to excellent client relationships. Jill continues to grow in her success with this law firm.

Lindsay was promoted to Paralegal, and she continues to provide exceptional customer service to clients, helping them with their Rhode Island and Massachusetts personal injury claims. She is now handling car accidents, dog bites and slip and fall cases for clients in our Pawtucket and East Providence locations. Her thoroughness and attention to detail helps move clients' cases along in a timely and efficient manner, as she is able to maximize a successful result.

Donna Medeiros

Donna has worked as a Paralegal for Personal Injury law firms throughout Southeastern Massachusetts for 20 years. She recently joined d'Oliveira & Associates, PC, and brings extensive experience in all matters relating to personal injury claims and civil litigation. Donna has handled hundreds of motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and dog bites cases.
Donna attended Kinyon Campbell Business School where she earned a Certificate in Paralegal Studies in 1990.
With her extensive experience, Donna is able to provide exceptional customer service to all of our clients; as well as answer their questions fully; and preparing each claim to be in the best position resulting in maximum recovery to our client.

Jerilyn Willner

Jerilyn has been a receptionist and legal assistant with the law firm since August of 2004. Her responsibilities include answering the phone, opening new files, and keeping the files up to date.

She also is in charge of the referral department in the North Smithfield office and handles each call with care. She is a hard worker with a friendly disposition and is a marvelous asset to the firm.

Valerie Stanwood

Linda Gormly

Linda joined the firm in August of 2009 as an administrative assistant in the quality control department. Linda brings over twenty years of administrative experience in both education and the pharmaceutical industry to d'Oliveira & Associates.

She speaks with callers in the quality control department, and always is an understanding and informative voice for injured clients who call our office for assistance.

Antonia Lee

Antonia studied biology at Rhode Island College and prior to joining our firm, she worked in medical offices. Antonia's knowledge of medical terms and issues paired with her compassionate customer service make her an asset to the firm.

Tiffany Shields

Prior to joining our team, Tiffany studied at Community College of Rhode Island and also has worked in medical offices as well as customer service.

Jann Rochefort

Jann started with d’Oliveira & Associates in August of 2003. She has experience from her previous career in sales. Jann supervises the Referrals Department and is responsible for planning the Trial Lawyers Marketing Roundtable, which is an annual Attorney Seminar hosted by Attorney Paul d’Oliveira.

Jann attended classes at Kansas State University and received a Bachelor’s degree in Home Economics and Mass Communications.

Susan d'Oliveira

Human Resources Manager

Susan has been with the firm since March of 1997. Initially, Susan was hired as a receptionist. Having been with the firm for several years and through various promotions, she has been exposed to many aspects and operations in our administrative office.

Currently, Sue functions as the firms’ HR Director and as such she administers all the employee benefits in addition to various HR functions. Susan has been a wonderful example of the firms’ desire and aspirations to promote from within.

Barbara Cummiskey

Barbara joined the firm in 1994 and has been with the firm 17 years. Prior to the firm she performed accounting  duties in the areas of distributing, manufacturing, retailing and legal services.
