The U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s recent study investigated the critical factors behind auto accidents occurring at intersections. The study reported that out of the 787,236 intersection crashes, roughly 96% of the accidents were as a result of critical reasons attributable to the driver, such as negligence. Less than 3% of the crashes could be attributed to factors outside the control of the driver such as blocked views, environmental causes or vehicular problems.

The issue was getting the insurance company to make an offer that fairly reflected the damages suffered by my client, and getting her what she deserved.”
