The client (whose name is withheld for confidentiality purposes), who had been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis nearly 30 years ago, became unable to work when complications relating to that began worsening in 2011. According to the complaint, the client suffering from that, muscle spasms, and severe arthritis, applied to the local Social Security Administration office, which initially rejected her application last year.
