  • Wells Pharmacy Network Issues voluntary nationwide recall of sterile human and veterinary products due to the Food and Drug Administration’s (“FDA”) concern over a lack of sterility assurance. Administration of a drug product intended to be sterile that has microbial contamination may result in infections that may be serious and life-threatening.

Auto:

  • Land Rover recalls Discovery Sport and Range Rover Evoque vehicles – The transmission may unexpectedly shift to neutral.

  • Mazda North American Operations is recalling 580,455 model year 2010-2013 Mazda3 and Mazdaspeed3 vehicles – The lift gate support struts may corrode, possibly causing the struts to break and/or the lift gate to drop unexpectedly.
  • Japan’s Fuji Heavy Industries (7270.T) is recalling about 935,000 units of its popular Subaru Legacy worldwide to fix an issue with their front windshield wipers – The recall affects cars sold in 76 countries, including the United States, where around 592,000 vehicles are affected.

Motorcycle/Scooters:

  • BMW recalls model year 2014-2015 R nine T motorcycles – The rear turn signals may not be fully visible to the driver of a following vehicle.
  • Zero recalls model year 2015 SR, S, DS, and FX motorcycles – The anti-lock brake system (ABS) may not function properly.

  • Keystone recalls model year 2017 Cougar recreational trailers – Tires with the wrong load range may have been installed.

Food, Beverage & Nutritional Supplements:

  • Krishna Food recalls Bikaji Chowpati Bhelpuri – Tests found some of the product contaminated with Salmonella.

  • Blue Bell recalls chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream – The ice cream may be contaminated with Listeria, which is potentially deadly.
  • Tucson Tamale recalls beef tamale products – The products contain meat that did not undergo federal inspection.
  • Adams Farm Slaughterhouse Recalls Beef, Veal, And Bison Products Due To Possible E. Coli Adulteration.
  • Waymouth Farms, Inc. Issues an Allergy Alert on Undeclared Pecans, Walnuts, Milk and Soy in Good Sense Cranberries ‘N More.
  • Sager Creek Foods, Inc., a subsidiary of Del Monte Foods, Inc., announced a recall of approximately 15,000 shipped cases of FIELD PEAS WITH SNAPS and GREEN BEAN PRODUCTS, primarily non-retail, which may have the potential for trace amounts of shellfish contamination.

  • Mei Shun Noodle, Inc. Issues Allergy Alert on Undeclared Shellfish and Soy in Rice Noodles.

  • Kellogg Company today announced a voluntary recall of approximately 10,000 cases of Kellogg’s® Eggo® Nutri-Grain® Whole Wheat Waffles because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria.

  • Lenny Lamb infant carriers recalled – Missing stitching could cause the infant to fall.
