Nationwide, when clients
are surveyed, if they have a complaint, number one is their
inability to communicate with their lawyer. It is important
for clients to be able to get information to their attorney
as well as for the client to have access to the status of their
case. Sometimes the schedules of the attorney and client vary
so much that communication is difficult. d'Oliveira & Associates,
P.C., decided to do something to help solve this chronic problem.
Today there is more
access to the internet and e-mail than ever before. E-mail
provides a valuable means of communication. A client can send
an e-mail at midnight if they want and they can have a message
to their attorney or paralegal to receive first thing in the
morning when they are at work and tending to the needs of their
clients.
Located at the top
of the Home Page of our web site is a yellow button labeled, “Client
Services.” Clicking on this button leads to a page containing
the following services; “Contact
Your Lawyer,” “Contact
Your Paralegal", “Client
Satisfaction Forms,” and “Home.”
If you click on “Contact
Your Lawyer” or “Contact
Your Paralegal,” you
will be brought to an e-mail form where you can send your message
to either your Lawyer or Paralegal. You can do this at your
leisure, any day of the week, any hour of the day. Your message
will be received and your Attorney or Paralegal can then process
the information you provide and update your file or if it was
information you wanted from them, they can research your question
to give you a comprehensive update and or answer to your question.
“Client Satisfaction Forms” gives you the
opportunity to rate your Attorney and Paralegal as to the manner
in which they are handling your case. “About Us” will
give you a brief history and description of our firm and also
has a link you can click on to get a description of the qualifications
of our Attorneys.
