December 2015 marks a milestone for one of d’Oliveira and Associates most skilled and experienced lawyers. Attorney Cara Gallucci has been with d’Oliveira & Associates for 20 years. Over this time, she has been exclusively practicing personal injury and disability law by servicing clients in the Woonsocket, North Smithfield, Attleboro, Brockton and Taunton areas.
Attorney Gallucci graduated from Toll Gate High School in Warwick, RI, obtained a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School. She is currently licensed to practice law in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and has been admitted to practice before both state’s respective state and federal courts. Her professional associations and memberships include the Massachusetts Bar Association, Rhode Island Bar Association and Rhode Island Association for Justice (RIAJ).
Throughout the years, Attorney Gallucci has obtained numerous positive results for her clients from obtaining Social Security Disability benefits to negotiating favorable settlements for car accident cases. Her favorite part of her work is knowing that she has helped someone get through a problem. For example, for one of her clients, she diligently fought for and obtained over $60,000 in Social Security Disability benefits.
