- B. Braun Medical Inc. Issues Voluntary Nationwide Recall of Twenty-Two (22) Lots of Blood Administration Sets, Due to Potential for Leakage at the Joint Between the Blood Filters and Tubing.
Pharmaceuticals/Drugs:
- Golden State Medical Supply recalls Ranitidine Hydrochloride capsules. The product may contain N-Nitrosodimethylamine above levels established by the FDA.
Auto:
- Mazda North American Operations is recalling 47,053 model year 2003-2008 Mazda6, model year 2004-2005 MPV, model year 2004 RX-8 and model year 2006-2007 Mazdaspeed6 vehicles. The inflators may explode due to propellant degradation occurring after long-term exposure to high absolute humidity, temperature and temperature cycling.
- Mazda North American Operations is recalling 69,879 model year 2007-2012 CX-7, CX-9 and model year 2009-2012 Mazda6 vehicles. The inflators may explode due to propellant degradation occurring after long-term exposure to high absolute humidity, temperature and temperature cycling.
- Ford has issued a recall on 78,264 2019 Ford Rangers in North America. Select pickups might have incorrectly aligned connector terminals for the taillights, which might not work as a result.
- Fiat Chrysler to recall 100,000 Ram ProMaster vans over engine fire risk. It’s also recalling nearly 52,000 Fiat 500s over a shifter issue.

Utility/Recreational Vehicles & Automotive Accessories:
- Voyager Industries recalls Yetti Fish House Angler, Grand Excape and Traxx trailers. The wheel may come off the axle assembly, posing a crash risk.
- Forest River recalls model year 2020 Surveyor trailers. The 12V refrigerator has a fuse with incorrect amperage.
- Keystone recalls model year 2019-2020 Crossroads Sunset trailers. The interior range cooktop burner flame may invert, posing a fire risk.
Food, Beverage & Nutritional Supplements:
- Northern Fisheries LTD has expanded their voluntary recall of frozen, wild-caught yellowfin Tuna Medallions to include product sold directly to consumers due to potentially elevated levels of histamine.
- UNFI recalls five-pound bags of its Wild Harvest® Organic All-Purpose Flour, Unbleached. The recall is being issued for the potential presence of E. coli.
- Hodgson Mill Issues Voluntary Recall of Unbleached All-Purpose White Wheat Flour Due to Potential Presence of Pathogenic E.coli.
- Vitamin Cottage Natural Food Market of Lakewood, Colo., is recalling Natural Grocers brand organic soybeans. The product may contain mold.
- Blue Grass Quality Meats is recalling 121,083 pounds of pork bacon and ready-to-eat turkey products due to misbranding and undeclared allergens, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The products contain soy, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product labels.
- Morris Meat Packing is recalling approximately 515,000 pounds of various raw pork products because they “were produced without the benefit of federal inspection and outside inspection hours,” according to the USDA.
- Nature’s Rx recalls Silver Bullet male enhancement. The product contains sildenafil, which is not declared on the label.

Pet Food & Animal Products:
- CHS is recalling 67 tons of Payback Feeds. The products may contain high levels of magnesium.
Technology/Electronics:
- Grace Digital is recalling about 88,000 ECOXGEAR EcoBoulder speakers. The speaker’s battery can become overcharged and burst, posing an impact hazard.
Sporting Equipment:
- SCARPA North America is recalling about 5,400 Maestrale RS and Maestrale Men’s ski boots sold in the U.S., and Canada. The ski boot shell can crack, posing a fall hazard and risk of injury to the consumer.

- Yamaha Recalls Portable Generators Due to Fire and Burn Hazards. The portable generator’s fuel tank can leak gasoline, posing fire and burn hazards.
- Stanley Black & Decker Recalls Wooden Handle Nailing Hammer Due to Injury Hazard. The molded grip on the hammer can come loose, posing an injury hazard to consumers.

Miscellaneous:
- Mark Feldstein & Associates Recalls Stacked Gourd Jack-O-Lantern Decorations Due to Fire Hazard. The string light wiring inside of the Jack-O-Lanterns can overheat, spark or ignite, posing a fire hazard.
