Pharmaceuticals/Drugs:
- Compounded Products Containing Triamcinolone-Moxifloxacin by Guardian Pharmacy Services (Dallas, Texas): Alert to Health Professionals – Adverse Events Reported After Receiving Eye Injections.
Auto:
- Jaguar Land Rover North America is recalling 1,917 model year 2017 Land Rover Range Rovers, Range Rover Sports, and Discoverys. The fuel gauge on these vehicles may indicate that the fuel level is low and illuminate the warning lamp, when the fuel tank actually has more fuel.
- Maserati North America is recalling 62 model year 2018 Maserati Quattroportes, Ghiblis and Levantes. The welds on the front sub frame may be incomplete, which can result in the welds breaking, causing a loss of vehicle control and increasing the risk of a crash.
Land Rover Range RoverUtility/Recreational Vehicles & Automotive Accessories:
- Tiffin recalls model year 2013-2018 Allegro Open Road motorhomes. The tow hitch to detach from the motorhome.
- Tiffin recalls model year 2018-2019 motorhomes with entry door issue. The entry door may open while the vehicle is moving.
- Model year 2019 Coachmen Viking recreational trailers recalled. The federal placard contains incorrect tire inflation information.
- Forest River recalls Vengeance Rogue recreational trailers. Side marker lights in the middle of each side may be missing.
- Somerset Chesapeake and Newport recreational trailers recalled. The front of the trailer may drop while being towed.
- Newmar recalls Mountain Aire motorhomes. The Diesel Exhaust Fluid tank bracket may contact the tag axle tire.
Recalled MotorhomeFood, Beverage & Nutritional Supplements:
- Kellogg Company Voluntarily Recalls Honey Smacks Cereal Due to Possible Health Risk.
- Shearer’s Foods recalls Meijer brand dill pickle flavored potato chips. The product may contain milk, an allergen not declared on the label.
- Venda Ravioli of Providence, R.I., is recalling approximately 672 pounds of frozen meat ravioli products. The products did not undergo federal inspection.
- J Bar B Foods is recalling approximately 410,985 pounds of beef brisket smoked sausage products due to an adulterated and misbranded ingredient, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). The products contain a pork casing, which is not declared on the product label, and may cause an allergic reaction in some individuals.
- Chocolate milk recalled because of improper pasteurization. The milk was sold under the name Stap Dairy and packaged in half-gallon plastic containers, bearing the container code of: “6 18 8.”
- HF Food Distributors Recalls Pork Products Produced without Benefit of Inspection.
- Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc. Voluntarily Recalls Limited Quantity of Vegetable Trays in a Multistate Outbreak of Cyclospora Illnesses in Select Retailers in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, Because of Possible Health Risk.
- World Variety Produce, Inc. Voluntarily Recalls Spicy Edamame Because Of Undeclared Allergens.
- Sanders recalls Fudge Mini Bites. The product may contain almonds, an allergen not declared on the label.
- Winter Sausage Manufacturing Co. is recalling approximately 28,346 pounds of poultry, pork, and beef products due to misbranding, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). The poultry products were slaughtered under religious exemption, which is not declared on the product label.

- Dave’s Pet Food Voluntarily Recalls 95% Premium Beef Canned Dog Food Due to Potentially Elevated Levels of Thyroid Hormone.
Recalled Dog FoodTechnology/Electronics:
- Lorex Recalls Three Models of Video Monitors Due to Burn Hazard. The video monitor’s batteries can overheat, swell and expand and cause the battery cover to open or come off and expose hot batteries, posing a burn hazard to consumers.
Household Products:
- Uttermost Recalls Mirrors, Art and Wall Decor Due to Injury Hazard. The hanging hardware can break and allow the decor to fall, posing an injury hazard to bystanders.
- Ashley Furniture Recalls Floor Lamps Due to Burn Hazard. The incorrect label on the lamp states that consumers can use 40 watt lightbulbs in the product. However, the socket is only designed to support 25 watt lightbulbs. Use of incorrect wattage lightbulbs can melt the power switch, posing a burn hazard.
Miscellaneous:
- Ketra Recalls to Inspect Recessed Downlights Due to Electrical Shock Hazard. The downlights power supply connectors can have incorrect wiring, posing an electric shock hazard to the user.
- A&I Recalls Tractor Canopies Due To Injury Hazard. The canopies do not meet design specifications and can cause the tractor’s Rollover Protective Structure (ROPS) to fail to protect the operator in a rollover accident, posing an injury hazard.
