Medical Devices & Equipment:

- Becton Dickinson (BD) CareFusion 303 Inc. Recalls Alaris System Infusion Pumps Due to Software and System Errors.
Pharmaceuticals/Drugs:
- Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. Extends Voluntary Nationwide Recall of Ketorolac Tromethamine Injection, USP 30mg/mL, 1mL Fill/2mL Vials Due to the Potential Presence of Small Particulates.
- American Health Packaging recalls Ranitidine tablets. The medication may be contaminated with a probable cancer-causer.
Auto:

- Bentley recalls model year 2018-2020 Bentayga vehicles. The side curtain air bags may not inflate properly.
- Porsche recalls model year 2015-2018 Macans. The fuel pump service cover may contact the flow nozzle on the filter flange of the fuel pump, potentially causing cracks and a fuel leak.
- Jaguar recalls model year 2010 XFs. The fuel tank outlet flange may crack, allowing fuel to leak.
- Ford Is Recalling a Bunch of F-150s Because Their Headlights Are Too Bright. The daytime running lights and normal headlights could stay at full brightness at the same time, temporarily blinding oncoming drivers.
- Toyota recalling 1.2 million vehicles, including Camry, Sequoia and Tundra, to fix fuel pumps. Dealers will replace the fuel pump with an improved one.
- Hyundai and Kia announce another recall to prevent engine fires. This one involves a fuel-pump hose that could crack.
Motorcycle/Scooters:
- Yamaha recalls model year 2019 YZF-R3 motorcycles. The brake hose holder may come loose, potentially causing damage to the brake hose protector and hose, resulting in a brake fluid leak.
- BMW recalls model year 2019 C400X scooters. Water may collect in the throttle cable, which can freeze in cold temperatures, resulting in a stuck throttle.
Utility/Recreational Vehicles & Automotive Accessories:
- Heartland recalls Bighorn Traveler, Elkridge, Milestone, and Pioneer Fifth Wheel trailers. The smoke detector may be incorrectly located in the bedroom.
- Daimler Vans recalls Mercedes Benz and Freightliner Sprinter vans. Exhaust may leak from the exhaust flange connection.
- Jayco recalls Fifth Wheel Seismic and Pinnacle trailers. The trailers were built with 6,000-lb capacity axles instead of 7,000-lb axles as intended.
Food, Beverage & Nutritional Supplements:

- Allergy Alert Issued for Undeclared Milk in Green Chile Chicken Tamales Sold at Whole Foods Market Stores in Multiple States.
- Stonewall Kitchen Voluntarily Recalls a Limited Amount of Mislabeled Ghost Pepper Salsa which contains Ghost Pepper Queso.
- Vita Food Products Issues Voluntary Recall of Mislabeled Vita Wild Herring Wine Sauce Containing Undeclared Milk.
- Dole Fresh Vegetables, Inc. Announces Voluntary Limited Recall of H-E-B-branded Tuscan Herb Salad Kit Due to Undeclared Allergens.
- Choice Products USA recalls peanut butter cookie dough. The product may contain milk, an allergen not declared on the label.
- Fresh 7 Baskets Limited recalls Aqua Okeano / Seven Baskets brand fish products. The products may contain egg, an allergen not declared on the label.
- New Capstone, Inc. Issues Allergy Alert on Restructure Vanilla Protein Powder Due to Undeclared Milk.
Infant & Children Products:
- Joules USA Recalls Children’s Pajamas and Robes Due to Violation of Federal Flammability Standard.
- Just Blanks children’s nightgowns recalled. The garments fail to meet the federal flammability standard for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries.
Household Products:
- IKEA Recalls KULLEN 3-Drawer Chests Due to Tip-Over and Entrapment Hazards; Consumers Urged to Anchor Chests or Return for Refund.
- RH Recalls Floor Lamps Due to Fire Hazard. The lamp’s on/off foot switch can overheat, melt or catch fire, posing a fire hazard.
- Whalen recalls Bayside Furnishings 9-piece dining sets. The chairs can break, posing a fall hazard.
Industrial/Tools:
- Lennox Industries recalls ductless heat pumps. Internal electrical components can fail, allowing the units to overheat.

- ECHO Recalls Backpack Blowers and Replacement Shoulder Straps Due to Laceration and Impact Hazards.
