- Apotex recalls birth control pills. The product may contain defective blisters with incorrect tablet arrangements and/or an empty blister pocket.
- Legacy Pharmaceutical Packaging, LLC Issues Voluntary Nationwide Recall of Losartan Potassium Tablets, USP, 25mg, 50mg, And 100mg Due to The Detection of Trace Amounts Of N-Nitroso N-Methyl 4-Amino Butyric Acid (NMBA) Impurity Found in The Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API).
- Stokes Healthcare Inc. Issues Voluntary Nationwide Recall of Pilocarpine 0.1% Ophthalmic Solution Due to a High Level of Preservative.
- Hospira, Inc. Issues a Voluntary Nationwide Recall of 8.4% Sodium Bicarbonate Injection, USP Due to the Presence of Particulate Matter.

Recalled Sodium Bicarbonate InjectionAuto:
- Jaguar recalls model year 2019 Jaguar F-Pace, F-Type, and XJ vehicles. The crankshaft pulley retaining bolt may have been improperly manufactured, possibly causing the crankshaft pulley bolt to fracture, potentially resulting in engine failure.
- Mazda recalls model year 2016-2019 Miatas. Due to incorrect programming of the Transmission Control Module (TCM), certain conditions may cause the vehicle to downshift unexpectedly and decelerate abruptly. This could cause the driver to lose control of the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
- Honda to recall 1.2 million vehicles in North America to replace Takata airbags. Honda Motor Co said on Tuesday it would recall 1.2 million Honda and Acura vehicles in North America to replace defective Takata airbags on the driver’s side.
- Fiat Chrysler Automobiles will recall 862,520 gasoline-powered vehicles in the United States that do not meet U.S. emissions standards. The recall was prompted by in-use emissions investigations conducted by the EPA and in-use testing conducted by Fiat Chrysler as required by U.S. regulations. The recall includes 2011-2016 Dodge Journeys, 2011-2014 Chrysler 200s and Dodge Avengers, 2011-2012 Dodge Calibers and 2011-2016 Jeep Compass/Patriots.

- KYMCO recalls model year 2018 Like 200i motorcycles. The fuel line clamp may loosen allowing fuel to leak. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
Utility/Recreational Vehicles & Automotive Accessories:
- Model year 2019 Prowler and Trail Runner recreational trailers recalled. The trailers are equipped with Load Range D tires instead of Load Range E tires. Tires with an insufficient Load Range may fail, increasing the risk of crash.
- Forest River recalls model year 2018 XLR recreational trailers. The affected trailers are not equipped with a liquid propane (LP)/carbon monoxide (CO) detector. Without an LP/CO detector, an occupant may not be alerted to high levels of Carbon Monoxide, increasing the risk of injury.
- Forest River recalls Glaval Entourage and Berkshire Coach Ultra motorhomes. Water and contaminants may get into the block heater cable’s splice connector causing corrosion and damage to the connector, which can result in an electrical short.
- Keystone recalls model year 2019 Montana recreational trailers. The adjustment bolt for the kitchen slide may be too long, allowing it to make contact with the tire while the trailer is moving, increasing the risk of a crash.
- Winnebago recalls model year 2012-2018 Winnebago ERA motorhomes. The overhead cabinet shelf may have been improperly attached, allowing the cabinet face to detach and fall into the cab area. If the cabinet shelf detaches, contents from the cabinet may hit and/or distract the driver, increasing the risk of injury or a crash.
- Kawasaki USA Recalls Off-Highway Utility Vehicles Due to Fuel Leak, Fire Hazards. The vehicle’s oil cooler hoses can separate and the fuel tank cap gasket can crack allowing fuel to leak, posing a fire hazard.

- Conagra Brands recalls Chef BOYARDEE rice with chicken & vegetables. The product may contain milk and wheat, allergens not declared on the label. There are no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.
- Surtidoras Bakery Inc. Issues Allergy Alert on Undeclared Milk in Marble Muffin, Banana Muffin, and Blueberry Muffin.
- Choice Canning Company, Inc. Recalls Chicken Fried Rice Products Due to Misbranding and Undeclared Allergens.
- Carnivore Meat Company, LLC Recalls Beef and Pork Sausage Products Due to Misbranding and Undeclared Allergens.
- North Country Smokehouse Recalls Pork Sausage Products Due to Misbranding.

- Joy Gourmet Foods recalls chutneys and pastes. The products contain sulfites not declared on the label.
- Sunstone Organics recalls Kratom capsules and powder. The products may be contaminated with Salmonella.
- McDaniel Life-Line recalls Life-Line Water. The product is contaminated with Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
- Fromagère du Moulin de Carel recalled camembert from the supermarket Carrefour due to E. coli O26 H11. The affected Camembert de Normandie 250-gram product has lot code of L19009C and date of March 10, 2019. It was sold beginning in late January.
- Productos La Aguadillana Inc. has recalled approximately almost 36,000 pounds of breaded chicken patty products that may be contaminated with extraneous materials, specifically pieces of metal, says the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).
- Procesadora La Hacienda, Inc., located in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico on Friday recalled approximately 4,940 pounds of ready-to-eat (RTE) corned beef products that may be contaminated with extraneous materials, namely pieces of metal, says the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).

- HP Expands Recall of Batteries for Notebook Computers and Mobile Workstations Due to Fire and Burn Hazards. The lithium-ion batteries can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards.

- O’Brien Watersports Recalls Water Skis Due to Injury Hazard. The skis can detach from the binding during a fall, allowing the ski to break, posing an injury hazard to the user.

- Tech Gear 5.7 Recalls Performance Heated Socks Due to Fire and Burn Hazards. The lithium-ion battery can overheat, melt or ignite when charged with a charger other than the one provided with the product, posing fire and burn hazards to the user.

- Claire’s Stores, Inc., Announces Voluntary Recall of Three Make-Up Products. After testing by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration indicated the possible presence of asbestos fibers in product samples from one lot of each product.
- TJX recalls heating pads. The heating pads can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards.
