Attorney Paul d’Oliveira has been practicing personal injury and disability law now for OVER 30 YEARS. He started his personal injury law practice in 1989 with two offices in Fall River, MA and East Providence, RI. Today his firm has 15 offices in RI and Southeastern, MA.
Paul graduated from LaSalle Academy in Providence, RI in 1975 with honors. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Creighton University in 1979. He got his J.D. or law degree from Suffolk University in 1984.
Attorney d’Oliveira is admitted to practice law in both RI and MA. He attends several legal seminars every year to learn and apply new innovative ways to practice personal injury and social security disability law as well as learning about dangerous drugs and defective products. He is always looking for new ways to better service the clients in his firm as getting clients a fair settlement of their loss quickly so they can move on with their lives is important as is ongoing quality client service.
His professional associations include the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Association of Justice, and the Rhode Island Association of Justice. He is the President of the Trial Lawyers Marketing Roundtable and is an active member of the Masters Marketing Group as well as part of the National Trial Lawyers Association.
Attorney Cara Gallucci has been with d’Oliveira & Associates for OVER 23 YEARS. Since that time, she has been exclusively practicing personal injury and disability law. Attorney Gallucci currently works with clients within the Woonsocket, North Smithfield, Attleboro, Brockton and Taunton areas.
Attorney Gallucci graduated from Tollgate High School in Warwick, RI in 1984. She graduated from Boston College with a bachelors degree in 1988 and graduated in 1991 from Suffolk University Law School.
Attorney Gallucci is currently admitted to practice in RI and MA. She is admitted to practice before both state courts and United States District Courts of RI and MA. Attorney Gallucci’s professional associations and memberships include the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Rhode Island Association of Justice (RIAJ).
Attorney Laura Cameron has been with d’Oliveira & Associates for OVER 21 YEARS. Since that time, she has been practicing personal injury and disability law exclusively. Attorney Cameron works with clients from the Warwick, Coventry, Cranston, Johnston, South Kingstown, and Providence areas.
In 1993 Attorney Cameron graduated from the University of Connecticut with a bachelors degree. In 1996 she graduated from Western New England School of Law.
Attorney Cameron is admitted to practice law in RI, MA and CT, and also in the United States District Court in MA. Attorney Cameron’s professional associations and memberships include the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Rhode Island Association for Justice (RIAJ).
D. Robin Gouveia
Attorney D. Robin Gouveia has been practicing law for OVER 20 YEARS. Since joining the firm, Attorney Gouveia has been exclusively practicing personal injury and disability law. Attorney Gouveia works with clients from the East Providence, Middletown, Pawtucket, Fall River and New Bedford areas.
Attorney Gouveia graduated from Bishop Stang High School in Smith Mills, MA in 1985. She graduated with a bachelors degree in 1989 from UMASS Dartmouth. She received her law degree from Southern New England Law School in 1998.
Attorney Gouveia is admitted to practice law in RI and MA state court and MA United States District Court. Attorney Gouveia’s professional association admissions include the Rhode Island Bar Association the Massachusetts Bar Association, the New Bedford Bar Association, the Bristol County Bar Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
Attorney Robin Gouveia has been selected to the Rhode Island Association for Justice Board of Governors (RIAJ). The Board of Governors is the governing body in the state of Rhode Island for members of the trial bar and consists of experienced and highly recognized Rhode Island Attorneys. Furthermore, she recently joined the American Associates for Justice (AAJ).
Tom has been with the law firm of d’Oliveira & Associates, p.c. since February 2005. Tom is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the Law Firm’s Administrative office located in East Providence.
The Administrative office handles Human Resources, Employee Benefits, Firm Finances, Referrals, Web Site design and optimization, IT support, Facilities Management, and Firm Marketing.
Office Manager / Paralegal
Kristen started at d’Oliveira & Associates, P.C. as a Legal Assistant in August 1994. Kristen was promoted to Paralegal and Office Manager, and she continues to provide exceptional customer service to clients, helping them with their Rhode Island and Massachusetts personal injury claims.
Kristen’s overall attention to detail and warm personality has shown throughout the 25 years she has been employed with our firm. She takes great pride in managing the Woonsocket Office and her staff. She graduated with an Associates Degree from CCRI in 1994.
Office Manager / Paralegal
Lisa Rose has been an Office Manager/Paralegal with our firm for 20 years. She is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and assisting clients with all aspects of their claims. She has extensive experience handling Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents and dog bite claims, as well as social security disability.
She attended Providence College where she studied paralegal courses. Lisa’s hard work, attention to detail and dedication has proven to be an asset to our firm and our clients.
Office Manager / Paralegal
Lisa Lennon has been an Office Manager / Paralegal with d’Oliveira & Associates, p.c. for 20 years. She has extensive experience handling Rhode Island and Massachusetts personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, and social security. Lisa is also responsible for the training and development of newly hired staff members.
Lisa attended the Nasson Business School in Pawtucket, RI, where she earned a Certificate in Business Accounting. She also attended Johnson & Wales where she studied paralegal courses. She has a tremendous gift for helping clients with all aspects of their claim and is able to provide exceptional service to every client.
Office Manager / Paralegal
Donna has worked as a Paralegal for Personal Injury law firms throughout Southeastern Massachusetts for 25 years. She recently joined d’Oliveira & Associates, PC, and brings extensive experience in all matters relating to personal injury claims and civil litigation. Donna has handled hundreds of motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and dog bites cases. Donna attended Kinyon Campbell Business School where she earned a Certificate in Paralegal Studies in 1990.
With her extensive experience, Donna is able to provide exceptional customer service to all of our clients; as well as answer their questions fully; and preparing each claim to be in the best position resulting in maximum recovery to our client.
Pat O’Donnell has recently joined the law firm of d’Oliveira & Associates, p.c. as a claims adjuster. She comes to our firm with over 30 years experience adjusting, analyzing and negotiating personal injury claims including hundreds of auto accident, slip & fall and dog bite cases. Also, Pat attended Quincy Jr. College and Stonehill College.
Her vast experience in claims adjusting and reputation for knowledge of legal liability, state tort laws and insurance policy coverage result in the best settlement results for our customers. Pat has excellent customer service skills when dealing with adjusters, attorneys and clients and works with the attorney to obtain the best settlements for our clients. Pat enjoys her job very much.
Jill has been with the law firm of d’Oliveira and Associates, p.c. since July 2001. She graduated from the Paralegal Program at Gibbs College in 2001. Shortly thereafter she was hired as a receptionist and has since earned her position as Paralegal with this law firm.
Jill handles auto accident, slip and falls, dog bites, and social security disability cases. Her attention to detail and organizational skills have led to excellent client relationships. Jill continues to grow in her success with this law firm.
Lindsay started at d’Oliveira & Associates, p.c. as a Legal Assistant in May, 2004. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Science from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, MA. in May, 2010.
Lindsay was promoted to Paralegal, and she continues to provide exceptional customer service to clients, helping them with their Rhode Island and Massachusetts personal injury claims. She is now handling car accidents, dog bites and slip and fall cases for clients in our Pawtucket and East Providence locations. Her thoroughness and attention to detail helps move clients’ cases along in a timely and efficient manner, as she is able to maximize a successful result.
Maricza Allende has recently joined the law firm of d’Oliveira & Associates, p.c. as a Paralegal. She comes to our firm with 21 years of extensive background handling personal injury cases including automobile accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, worker’s compensation injuries and social security.
Maricza graduated with an Associates Degree from Bristol Community College in May, 1989. She speaks fluent Spanish, has managed, trained and supervised administrative support personnel. Furthermore, Maricza has extensive experience in the customer service field. Her caring and thoughtful demeanor, as well as her thoroughness and attention to detail are an asset for handling client’s claims. She is looking forward to continuing her success utilizing her many skills with d’Olivera & Associates.
Mary Lou Mancini
Mary Lou started with d’Oliveira & Associates, p.c. as a Legal Secretary in January 2009. She graduated from Katherine Gibbs with a Certificate in Executive Administration.
She continues to grow in her responsibilities as she assists the Paralegals with all tasks involved with Personal Injury claims. Mary Lou’s hard work and diligence with handling files is a wonderful asset to our staff in Woonsocket.
Antonia has been with d’Oliveira & Associates since December, 2010. She started as a quality control receptionist at our administrative office in East Providence.
Currently, she is working as a Paralegal in the New Bedford office.
Antonia studied biology at Rhode Island College and prior to joining our firm, she worked in medical offices. Antonia’s knowledge of medical terms and issues paired with her compassionate customer service make her an asset to the firm. She continues to grow in her responsibilities as she assists the Paralegals with all tasks involved with Personal Injury claims.
Pamela began her career with d’Oliveira & Associates as a receptionist back in April of 2018. She quickly advanced to a legal assistant, and was recently promoted to a Paralegal. Pamela continues to broaden her knowledge and as she assists the Attorney with cases in Rhode Island.
She is very optimistic and determined to provide the best customer service to our clients on a day to day basis. She is now handling car accident and slip and fall cases for clients in our Warwick, Johnston, Providence, South Kingstown, Cranston and Coventry locations.
Pamela graduated with an Associate’s Degree from Bristol Community College in RI. She began her career in banking in which she was employed at Citizens Bank for 8 years.
Referrals Dept. Supervisor/Quality Control Paralegal
Jodi joined the law firm of d’Oliveira & Associates as the Quality Control Paralegal in February 2013. Her responsibilities include medical malpractice intakes, performing all referral attorney file reviews annually and handling local Attorney Referrals. She has over 20 years of experience handling personal injury, employment law and civil litigation matters. In addition, extensive experience with trial preparation of cases in both State and Federal Courts. In June 2019, Jodi was promoted to Supervisor of the Referrals Department.
Jodi graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Johnson & Wales University in 1997. While attending JWU, she worked in the President’s office and also performed her internship with the RI Attorney General’s Office. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for other reputable law firms in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Florida.
Quality Control Paralegal
Molly joined the law firm of d’Oliveira & Associates as the Quality Control Specialist in July of 2018. She currently works out of the Law Firms Administration office located in East Providence, RI.
Molly graduated from Community College of Rhode Island with her Associate’s degree in Legal studies in 2016. While attending CCRI, she performed her internship with the 6th Division District Court of Rhode Island. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for other reputable law firms in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Her responsibilities include being in charge of the Liens Referral Department, Mass Tort Claims Intakes and Communicating with Clients and Referral Attorneys. She also has experience in Real Estate law and Family law.
Tiffany currently works in the Pawtucket office, and has worked for d’Oliveira & Associates since November, 2011. Her responsibilities include answering the phone, opening new case files, and keeping the files organized.
Prior to joining our team, Tiffany studied at Community College of Rhode Island and also has worked in medical offices as well as customer service.
She continues to grow in her responsibilities as she assists the Paralegals with all tasks involved with Personal Injury claims.
Human Resources Manager
Susan has been with the firm since March of 1997. Initially, Susan was hired as a receptionist. Having been with the firm for several years and through various promotions, she has been exposed to many aspects and operations in our administrative office.
Currently, Sue functions as the firms’ HR Director and as such she administers all the employee benefits in addition to various HR functions. Susan has been a wonderful example of the firms’ desire and aspirations to promote from within.
d’Oliveira & Associates not only offers wonderful opportunities for advancement and a pleasant work environment, they provide quality service to their clients, in part by taking great care of the staff that serve them.
Denise recently joined our law firm as the firm’s full-time bookkeeper. She currently works in our administrative office, located in East Providence. Denise is responsible for the firm’s day to day finances. She comes to our firm with 30 years of experience in administrative management. Prior to joining our firm, Denise returned to College where she received an Associate in Science Degree in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration. With an overall 3.8 GPA, she was considered as a candidate for Valedictorian of her graduating class. Denise’s attention to detail and ability to remain organized in such a fast paced environment has been a key component to her success in this position. Along with her professional skillset, Denise brings her pleasant disposition. She has been a valuable addition to our team.
Cindy has been with d’Oliveira and Associates, p.c. since October 2016. Cindy is a quality control receptionist at our administrative office in East Providence. Her responsibilities include answering the phone, opening new files, and keeping the files up to date. Prior to joining the firm she worked in the banking industry for 27 years.
