Medical Devices & Equipment:
- U.S. FDA labels J&J surgical staplers‘ recall as severest. The recall, initiated early April by Ethicon, covers 92,496 surgical staplers and is now labeled as “Class-1” – the strictest form of recall issued by FDA, where use of faulty devices may cause serious injury or death.
Pharmaceuticals/Drugs:
- Novartis is recalling three lots of Promacta (eltrombopag) 12.5 mg for oral suspension. The product may be contaminated with peanut flour.
Auto:
- Ford Motor Co is recalling nearly 273,000 Ford Fusion and Ranger pickup trucks in North America that could roll away if the gear is not in “park” mode. Nearly 2,800 2019 model year Ford Ranger trucks in North America have a similar problem.
- Lotus Cars USA is recalling 425 model year 2017-2018 Evoras. The toe board in the passenger footwell lacks stiffness, allowing the knee of an unbelted occupant to contact the rigid structure of the vehicle, in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Motorcycle/Scooters:
- Triumph recalls accessory fairing kits. Insufficient clearance for the wiring may result in damage to the harnesses causing a loss of headlights, turn signals or possibly a stall.
- Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA is recalling 198 model year 2019 YZFR3 motorcycles. Porosities in the front brake lever may cause it to break if it is gripped with a strong force. A broken front brake lever can affect front braking ability, increasing the risk of crash.

Utility/Recreational Vehicles & Automotive Accessories:
- Jayco is recalling 86 model year 2019 Jay Flight TF travel trailers, model 32RLOK. The supports for the fresh water tank may be too thin, resulting in the brackets breaking and the tanks detaching from the trailer.
- Newmar recalls various model year 2018-2019 motorhomes. The power supply for the WiFiRanger may overheat.

Food, Beverage & Nutritional Supplements:
- GHSW, LLC Issues Allergy Alert On Undeclared Soy in Certain Salads, Wraps and Salad Bar Trays Sold at Select Whole Foods Market and Whole Foods Market 365 Stores.
- Brodt Zenatti Holding LLC Recalls Karawan Brand Tahini Because Of Possible Health Risk.
- Seven Seas International USA, LLC Recalls Biltmore Smoked Sockeye Salmon Because of Possible Health Risk.
- U.S Trading Recalls RATTAN SHOOTS in BRINE Due to Undeclared Sulfites.
- Coolhaus Issues Voluntary Recall on Dairy Free Horchata Frozen Dessert Sandwich.
- Caito Foods LLC. Recalls Salads with Chicken Products due to Misbranding and Undeclared Allergens.
- Taylor Farms Texas Inc. Recalls Salad with Chicken Products due to Misbranding and Undeclared Allergens.
- Crab House Trading Corp. Recalls Siluriformes Products Produced without Benefit of Inspection.
- MIBO Fresh Foods LLC Recalls Salad with Meat Products due to Misbranding and Undeclared Allergens.
- Vienna Beef Ltd. Recalls Beef Products due to Possible Foreign Matter Contamination.
- Deshi Distributors recalls Golden Raisins. The product contains sulfites not declared on the label.
- I-D Foods Corporation is recalling Patak’s brand Tikka Masala and Butter Chicken 3 Step. The products contain cashew and mustard, allergens not declared on the label.




Infant & Children Products:
- Beaba Recalls Baby Food Steam Cooker/Blenders Due to Laceration Hazard. The glass bowl can break, posing a laceration hazard.
Technology/Electronics:
- Imagine Nation Books recalls wireless charging pads. The chargers can overheat while in use, posing a burn hazard.
Household Products:
- Meijer Recalls French Fry Cutters Due to Laceration Hazard. The french fry cutter’s blade can detach, posing a laceration hazard.
- Havertys recalls entertainment hutches. The top shelf can fall, posing an injury hazard.

Miscellaneous:
- Igloo recalls marine coolers. The cooler’s stainless-steel latch can automatically lock when the lid is closed, allowing a person to become locked inside the air tight container, posing entrapment and suffocation hazards.
- FDA issues recall on tattoo ink contaminated with bacteria. The FDA is warning consumers, tattoo artists and retailers of certain tattoo inks that could be contaminated with bacteria.
- Knape & Vogt Recalls Office Workstations Due to Injury Hazard. The workstation can malfunction, causing the gas cylinders to separate and forcefully discharge, posing an injury hazard.
- Hush Recalls Anesthetic Gels, Sprays and Foam Soaps Due to Failure to Meet Child Resistant Closure Requirement; Risk of Poisoning. The packaging is not child resistant as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. The products contain lidocaine, posing a risk of poisoning to young children if they put the product on their skin or ingest it.
