According to the complaint, the Middletown man was injured when a negligent driver failed to stop at an intersection and collided in the rear of the client’s car as he was stopped at the red light.

Although he was quickly released, the client’s condition began worsening. Over a month after the accident, during a checkup, the client was re-diagnosed having multiple disc bulges or protrusions to his lower back.
