What should I do after a car accident?

1. First, turn on your blinking lights and do not remove your car from the scene of the accident, unless it could be hit by another vehicle.

How long do I have to file my case?

• Interstate Highway 95 at Exit 18: The second most dangerous intersection in all of Rhode Island is Interstate 95 at Exit 18 (Thurbers Avenue), in reports by thh Rhode Island Deprtment of Transportation.
