A judge for the U.S. District Court of Maryland ordered the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to expedite their review of the affects e-cigarettes have on youth in the United States today. The judge is presiding over a lawsuit by the American Academy of Pediatrics against the FDA for failure to review the health effects of e-cigarettes.
